General & Advanced Payment T&Cs

Due to a high number of cancellations, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made using a payment link.

Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
• If another customer books the requested time slot before payment is made, your booking request may be cancelled.
• In this situation, your payment link will automatically expire, and you will need to contact us again to check availability.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking or fail to attend your scheduled pickup, your payment will be forfeited.

Your requested time slot has been reserved exclusively for you, other bookings have been declined as a result.

Amendments to Bookings

If you wish to make any changes to your booking, including:

• Date
• Time
• Pickup Location
• Destination
• Number of Passengers

All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Waiting Time Policy

A maximum of 6 minutes waiting time is included, starting from the agreed pickup time.

During this period, the driver will make a minimum of three attempts to contact you.

No-Show Policy

If all passengers are not inside the vehicle within the 6-minute waiting period, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

• The journey will commence with the current passengers or will be cancelled.
• Your payment will be forfeited if journey does not commence.
• No refund will be issued.

By making payment via the payment link, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
