Terms and conditions 

Due to constant Cancellations

We have laid out the following T&C’s

Job will only be confirmed AFTER payment 

If another job gets booked in before payment

You will be informed your job has been cancelled

Your payment link will automatically deactivate

You will need to enquire about availability again

Payment is *** Non Refundable ***

If you cancel / don't show up

Your payment will be forfeited

The slot has been reserved for you

Other jobs will have been refused

If you wish to amend the booking in any way

date/time/passengers/location etc 

You will need to request this

We can let you know about 

availability and any additional charges if applicable 

You will be permitted 6 minutes waiting time 

Starting from the agreed pickup time

The driver will make a minimum of 3 attempts 

to contact you before your waiting time is over

If ALL passengers are not in the 

vehicle within the 6 minutes time 

The job will be cancelled due to “no show”

Your payment will be forfeited 

due to customer(s) not ready to depart

By making payment using the payment link

You are entering into a contract and you confirm 

You agree & accept the above T&C's 

YOU MUST BE 100% CERTAIN
